Scrambled Eggs


This scrambled eggs guide is the easiest and fastest CBD oil recipe you will find. Eggs supply the body with loads of protein and nutrients.  This recipe takes things a step further with the help of cannabidiol.



-2 tbsp butter or olive oil

-3 eggs

-2 tbsp milk

-Salt and pepper

-1 dropper of CBD oil

-1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped finely


  • Put the butter or olive oil in a small frying pan and put the pan on the stove at medium heat.
  • In a small bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk.
  • Stir with a fork until fluffy.
  • Pour the eggs into the pan and use a whisk to constantly stir the eggs as they cook.
  • When the eggs are cooked, add the salt n’ pepper, along with the CBD oil.
  • Top with the fresh chives.

Veggie Frittata

However for a more decadent way to enjoy your morning eggs, consider a veggie frittata. They taste great, fill you up and offers all kinds of nutrients to help you feel your best.  



-4 eggs

-1 tbsp milk

-Salt and pepper

-2 droppers of CBD oil

-1 red onion, thinly sliced

-3 sprigs of asparagus, sliced into ½ inch slices

-4 scallions, thinly sliced

-1 cup of mushrooms, loosely chopped


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Into a mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
  • Whisk together until the eggs are completely broken up and fluffy.
  • Pour the contents of the bowl into a greased 8×8 baking pan.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes, or until a knife put into the frittata comes out clean.

Granola is one of those breakfast foods that is both healthy and tasty. It can be served with milk, yogurt or enjoyed on its own as a crunchy snack.


-3 cups rolled oats

-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup

-3 tbsp your favorite cooking oil

-3 droppers of CBD oil

-1 tsp cinnamon

-1 tsp nutmeg

-1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

½ cup raisins or finely chopped dried fruit of your choice (optional)


  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  • Grease a cookie sheet and line it in parchment paper.
  • Mix all of the ingredients, minus the nuts and fruit, into a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir together well until the oats are evenly coated in the spices, honey, or maple syrup and the oil.
  • Lay out the contents onto the cookie sheet, spreading them evenly into one layer.
  • Put into the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven/
  • Stir around and add the fruit and nuts.
  • Bake for another 15 minutes.

Avocado Toast

Avocado toast has become yet another breakfast staple. Avocados are extremely filling and satisfying and offer protein and healthy fats that make us feel more energized in the morning.  We have given our avocado toast a twist with some extra ingredients, including CBD.


-3 slices of bread, sliced ¾ inch thick

-1/2 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced

-1 tbsp olive oil

-1 clove of garlic, peeled and finely chopped

-2 avocados, mashed with a fork

-1 dropper of CBD oil


-1 radish, sliced as thinly as possible


  • Pour the olive oil into a small frying pan and put the pan on medium heat.
  • Add the mushrooms and garlic, and salt as needed.
  • Stir regularly and cook until soft.
  • While the mushrooms are cooking, mash the avocado and add salt as needed.
  • Stir in the CBD oil.
  • Remove the mushrooms from the heat.
  • Spread the avocado mixture evenly between the three slices of bread.
  • Spoon the mushroom and garlic mixture evenly onto each slice before topping them with radish slices.

Fruit Smoothie

Lastly, sometimes we need a quick and easy breakfast that is nutritious and requires next to no preparation. For those times, nothing does the trick quite like a smoothie. Our smoothie is packed with nutritious fruits and protein from almond butter.


-1 cup of mixed berries, fresh or frozen but thawed

-1 banana, peeled

-1/3 cup almond butter (or the nut butter of your choice)

-½ cup almond milk (or the milk of your choice)

-1 tbsp honey

-1 tsp cinnamon

-1 dropper of CBD oil


  • Pour all of the ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
