Host Your Event at CBD Farmhouse Social Space!
Welcome to our community-driven social space at CBD Farmhouse where we invite the Garden community and local Dallas small businesses to collaborate with us. Whether you’re looking to connect with like-minded people over elevated infused mocktails, host a yoga or DIY workshop, or gather for professional networking, our venue offers an inviting atmosphere.
Important Information
- 21+ Only: Please note that our venue is restricted to guests aged 21 and older.
- No Alcohol: To maintain the integrity of our space, no alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises. We do offer elevated infused mocktails and functional mushroom drinks on site.
Why Reserve Our Space?
At CBD Farmhouse, we encourage a welcoming, inclusive environment that brings together the Garden and wellness-focused communities. Whether your guests partake in CBD and THC or not, they’re welcome to enjoy this unique community space, including an elevated infused mocktail bar (available upon request!).
Rental Rates & Booking Details
- Rates: $100 flat rate for the first 2 hours (even if less than 2 hours are used). Afterward, it’s $50 per additional hour. *Note that this only applies to events where you arenot charging your guests to attend.
- Capacity: Accommodates up to 24 guests with cozy lounge furniture, plus limited folding tables and chairs available.
- Booking Requirement: Events must be booked at least 30 days in advance.
- Setup Time: Arrive an hour early to set up at no extra charge.
- Closing Time: Plan to wrap up your event with enough time for cleanup before our closing hours.
Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Saturday: 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Sunday: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Ticketed Events & Commission
For ticketed events, we work on a 70/30 split—you keep 70% of ticket sales, and we receive 30%. If our commission is less than the rental fee, the hourly rental rate will apply instead. Returning clients may enjoy a 5% discount; please inquire with management to see if you qualify.
Booking Process
- Fill out a rental application: Sign up HERE
- Confirm Your Date: Reach out to management@cbdfarmhouse.com with two possible dates. Please refer to our calendar below for availability.
- Sign the rentail agreement: Once your event and date is approved, we’ll send over a rental agreement for electronic signature.
- Deposit: A $100 security deposit (applied toward your rental fee) is due 48 hours upon recieving the invoice.
- Setup & Promotion: Share flyers and the event sign up link (ie. eventbrite) with us and add us as an Instagram collaborator for your posts, so we can help spread the word.
