Shipping & Handling Policy
As we comply with COVID-19 guidelines, we are still shipping same to next day besides backordered items. Please note that shipping and processing times are separate. Shipping times are dependent on the carrier selected. We have discontinued using USPS and FEDEX during the pandemic and holidays until they are back on schedule. We are currently only using UPS and help expedite products to our customers.

We are devoted to delivering your products on time. CBD Farmhouse almost exclusively processes orders for shipping within 2 days. Many orders are shipped out the same day, but it may take up to 3 business days to process an order prior to shipping. While it is not common, our carriers have reported potential delays due to COVID-19. See estimated delivery times for different shipping options above. Once the package has been transported to the prospective carriers, we are not responsible for delays in delivery.

- Please do not set delivery addresses to P.O. boxes as it is not compatible with UPS Ground or Next Day.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there maybe some restrictions on some products.

Anything over $5000.00 order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page along with your invoice.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
**Please take into consideration that many COVID-19 restrictions are still in place and this may cause some delay in the delivery process. Your courier will be the best resource for updates or details on any delivery timeframes or delays on your package.**
As stated above, please allow 2-4 business days for your tracking information to become active and updated. Please keep in mind that all days mentioned are business days and exclude weekends/holidays.
